Registration Site

Online Registration will be open June 1st, 2014 through June 30, 2014. 
After July 1, 2014, registrations will be accepted by mail or in person with the registrar and will need to include a $15 late fee.

Registration fees are $45 per child, $40 for each subsequent sibling. 
A $15 fee will apply after July 1st to cover the cost to rush order uniforms.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your child had played with CYSC in the past, he/she is already in our system.  The parent should already have a user name and password.  Use the parent’s first name and last name without a space for the user name.  The password should beà soccer ßfor returning players. 

For example: 
Daphne Blake’s user name would be à daphneblake ß

To BEGIN REGISTRATION:
·         Please click on the REGISTRATION link above (right) to start your registration.
·         Please select your option of either Player or Coach.
·         Enter your user name and password as a returning player.

If your child has NEVER played with CYSC, you can register as a new user.  You will enter parent information before you enter your child’s information.  All children will be listed under one primary parent.

 PLEASE NOTE:  Please check your information before continuing as the back button is not an option once you start registering. 

Use the “User Login” option on the top left to enter your account and change your password after you have registered your child(ren).
